Shipping and Delivery
The purchased goods will be shipped when the amount is received. Wen the goods are shipped, you will be notified by an e-mail.
The shipment will be done by TNT post (The former Royal Dutch Post). More information about TNT post can be found at www.tntpost.nl .
Usually the goods will be shipped within 1 day after receiving the payment. |
Damage and missing shipment
Without insurance damage or a missing shipment will not be compensated. |
Insurance
For an extra charge the order can be shipped insured. The order will be shipped registered (insured for a value up to €46) or shipped with advanced liability and a delivery signature (insured for a value up to €500). More information can be found at www.tntpost.nl. |
Use of the products
Many of the products are small, made of glass or another breakable material and can contain chemicals (paint). Therefore our products are not suitable for internal use. The products are only suitable to be wearing (as jewellery) or to be attached as a decoration.
Our products are not suited:
- for children
- for any kind of force by human, machine or whatever.
- for internal use at a human/animal body.
- as toys.
- for high temperature (+ 45 degrees Celsius and higher) or low temperature (+10 degrees Celsius and lower).
- any use different than wearing (as jewellery) or to be attached as a decoration.
By careless use pieces can break off the beads or pendants. There can be sharp edges at the beads or pendants. Check the beads or pendants regularly on sharp edges. |
Compensation of damage
A compensation of damage because of failure of Shop In Ghana will never be more than the selling price of which the product or products is/are bought at Shop In Ghana. |
Time of consideration
After delivery at the shipping address you have 7 days of consideration. After these 7 days you can not return your purchased goods without extra costs. If you decide to return the purchased goods, you have to let Shop In Ghana know by sending an email. After confirmation from Shop In Ghana, the purchased goods can be shipped to Shop In Ghana.
If the purchased goods are returned with 7 days, there will be a refund of the value of the purchased goods.
The packing of the goods for returning shipment has to be as good as the packing for shipment from Shop In Ghana to you. |
Pending order
A pending order will be cancelled after 4 days after the date of order. If an order has not been paid yet, a reminder will be send after 2 days. |
iDeal-payment
Paying with iDeal is only possible with Euro as currency. Payment in any other currency with iDeal is fully at own risk of the person who trying to pay by iDeal with any other currency than Euro. |

Typing errors and pricing errors are reserved.
Personal information will not be shared with anybody or any company and remains private. Once in a month a (promotional) email will be sent to every customer. Personal information will not be used for other promotional activitities. |
